Students in the 2005-2006 school participated in the ThinkQuest competition. Students worked in small groups on wireless laptops and created web sites from research they conducted based on their own interests.

Research strategies - use Maxwell's databases at home. This page includes the URLS, user names and passwords for many research databases.

Maxwell is proud of our superior academic programs that prepare our students to compete for acceptance to some of the best post-secondary institutions.

For example, our Science department offers laboratory courses in biology, chemistry, and physics which prepares students for the New York State Regents Examinations. These courses are all taught in modern laboratories that are equipped with the latest scientific technology. Some of our courses are taught by doctors!

Our Mathematics department offers Sequential Math levels I-III and Precalculus, which are necessary for success in college.
