HELLO SENIOR CLASS OF 2006

This is the place to go for most of the information you will need for your senior year. This page will keep you informed about your senior dues, senior activities and yearbook stuff.

SENIOR YEAR PACKAGE
Ms. Adams has developed an easy payment plan for the senior year package. The cost of the class ring, graduation photograph packages and the yearbook are not included in this package

SENIOR DUES:

Senior dues will be $120 until January 2006 - the deadline.
Any payments made after the deadline will be higher.

Senior dues include a senior jersey, cap and gown, diploma case, signature album and costs of the graduation ceremony.

Because payment deadlines have to be met by Ms. Adams, an additional $10 will be added to the original price of senior dues every month after the deadline.

Senior dues are mandatory and are non-refundable

PAYMENT PLANS:
Monthly plan ---> $65 a month (October to April).
Weekly plan ---> $18.95 a week (October to March = 24 weeks).

These plans cover:
Senior dues $120
Senior trip $250
Senior prom (app) $95
total $465

Should the senior trip cost less than $250, payment plans will be adjusted accordingly.

SENIOR TRIP:
The cost of the senior trip will be $200-$250 per person.

The trip is optional. Ski weekend includes: roundtrip transportation, room accommodations, some activities and meals. A minimum of 50 students who have paid in full before November must be signed up before the trip is booked. If seniors have made any payments towards the trip and for any reason the trip is canceled, student will be given a full refund in the form of a check. If seniors have paid for 50% of the trip or more, and would like to cancel, student will be not be able to receive a refund.

SENIOR PROM:
The cost of the prom will be determined at a later date.
The prom is optional.

YEARBOOK:
The cost of the yearbook is $90 a copy.
The yearbook is optional.

$90 full payment in the form of cash or money order is due no later than Friday, October 21st. You may submit payment before that date - don't wait until the last minute! Mrs. Koch is available periods 6 & 7 in room 331.

GRADUATION PORTRAITS:
Continental Studios is our official school photographer. They will be at Maxwell Monday, August 29th through Thursday, September 1st. It is very important that you have your portrait taken during this time as we don't know at this time if the studio will be back at Maxwell again this term. You may call the studio and schedule an appointment if you wish, but you must do this before October 31st in order to have your photograph placed in the yearbook.
